Nick's pursuit of human optimization began in 2012 with competitive bodybuilding — an obsessive, disciplined pursuit of the highest possible physique. For years, he mastered the science of elite aesthetics: periodized training, metabolic manipulation, hormonal optimization, and the relentless refinement of the human form. He built a body that reflected total dedication. And then everything changed.
In 2016, he reached the pinnacle — earning his IFBB Pro card in Classic Physique, the highest status in professional bodybuilding. Then, just months later, everything collapsed. A diagnosis of severe toxic mold illness forced him to confront what no amount of muscle could fix — a nervous system in crisis, a body in internal chaos, and the realization that true performance begins far beneath the surface. That experience cracked him open. What followed was a deep journey into nervous system regulation, emotional integration, somatic healing, and a profound connection to the divine universal energy that moves through all things.
What emerged was a completely different man — and a completely different methodology. One that holds the aesthetic and the spiritual in the same hand. Today, Nick coaches men to build an impressive physique, a focused mind, a regulated nervous system, an integrated emotional body, and a deep connection to something greater than themselves. Since 2015, he has done this online with entrepreneurs, executives, and high-performing men who sense that the life they are living is not yet the life they are capable of.
